In her role as a Senior Career Advisor at Buckeye Commons, Michelle works with undergraduate students across diverse majors, to strengthen career readiness for making informed decisions in support of their aspirations and goals.

Michelle is a Professional Coach, certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio. She holds a Master of Education from Ohio University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Public Administration and Leadership from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Michelle is currently a PhD Candidate in Counselor Education at Ohio State, focusing on college student career development for the Future of Work.
