Body-Doubling Workshop/Study Time
This session introduces body doubling, a powerful ADHD-friendly focus tool where individuals work in parallel alongside others. Part wellness workshop, part productive study hour. Students bring a task they’ve been avoiding—reading, writing, emails, studying—and we tackle them together in a calm, judgment-free space.

After the presentation, students will have the chance to ask questions, engage in dialogue, and build meaningful connections with the professor
