Mindfulness Minutes
Small practices of mindfulness, big impact on resilience.
Mindfulness Minutes, a program part of the Reflect, Connect, Thrive Series, are brief, guided wellness sessions designed to help students pause, reset, and build healthy habits that support academic success, overall well‑being, and resilience. These short sessions introduce practical strategies that students can easily integrate into their daily routines; no prior experience required.
