Welcome to Reflect, Connect, Thrive (RCT)—a holistic resilience program designed specifically for the modern college student. We know that university life is a whirlwind of deadlines, social pressures, and self-discovery. We move beyond "survival mode," giving you the tools to manage stress, build lasting habits, and find your community.
Our Core Pillars:
- Reflect: Developing deep self-awareness to understand your reactions and emotions.
- Connect: Building meaningful relationships with yourself, your peers, and the world.
- Thrive: Moving beyond survival mode to live with purpose, energy, and confidence.
Program Components:
- Mindfulness Minutes: Rapid mental resets that lower cortisol and sharpen academic focus.
- Gratitude Journaling Series: A structured habit-building journey to shift mindsets toward optimism and persistence.
- Off-Campus Excursions: Adventure-based learning that breaks the "campus bubble," reducing isolation through shared experiences in the local community.
