Dates: September 14, 2026 – October 5, 2026

Ready to build simple, positive habits that fit your busy routine? Join us for our 4-Week Gratitude Journaling Challenge; a supportive, flexible program designed to help you pause, manage daily stress, and cultivate personal resilience. Whether you are brand new to journaling or looking to reconnect with a mindful practice, this series offers the space and tools to help you thrive throughout the semester.

What to Expect:

  • Free Journal Provided: All registered participants receive a free journal to track their journey throughout the challenge and keep afterward.
  • Weekly Guided Prompts: Every week from September 14 through October 5, you will unlock a new thought-provoking prompt focused on self-reflection, perspective-shifting, and personal growth.
  • Peer Connection on Padlet: Jump onto our dedicated Padlet board anytime to share your reflections, read insights from fellow students, and build a supportive campus community.
  • Celebration Social: Wrap up the four weeks by joining us for a fun end-of-series get-together! Meet your fellow journalers, enjoy refreshments, and celebrate your growth together.
